Become an All-In City

Our resources are designed to help city leaders advance equitable growth policy agendas locally. You can start by reading our framing paper, reviewing our policy toolkit, and exploring your city’s data on the National Equity Atlas.

How does my city join a community of practice?
Our communities of practice enable us to work with leaders from dozens of cities each year around critical policy and leadership areas. These communities also help build relationships between leaders across the country and foster the exchange of ideas. Many of our communities of practice are operated with one of our national partners. As a result, each community of practice has its own application process and start at different times throughout the year.

Currently, the application processes for our ongoing communities of practice are closed. However, we will be developing new communities of practice in the coming months. To stay up to date on these announcements and when applications are open, please sign up for our email list.

What if my city only wants short-term support?
All-In Cities is committed to accelerating work, which includes being responsive to political and policy developments occurring in cities. We are often invited by city leaders or community coalitions at key points to help fill the gaps in their work. This includes leading trainings and workshops, data analysis support, facilitating policy development strategy sessions, and public testimony and speaking requests. Please contact us, so we can set up a time to talk about the scope of work and how we might be helpful.

What if I only have a specific question?
If you have a question related to equitable cities, please contact us here. And be sure to sign up for our monthly newsletter, which curates our most up to date work.
